Refund Policy

All purchases made through Elite Biz Ops, including digital products, diagnostics, downloadable resources, workshops, programs, and services, are considered final unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase. Because many offerings are digital and provide immediate access, refunds are not available once access has been granted or services have begun.

In limited circumstances, a refund or credit may be issued at Elite Biz Ops' sole discretion if a written request is submitted within 2 days of purchase and before substantial use of the product or delivery of services has occurred. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed back to the original payment method. Refunds are not guaranteed, and participation, implementation results, or changes in personal or business circumstances do not qualify for a refund.
